Praying for Apostles

And we get to partner with them in this endeavor to the wondrous work of bible based, Spirit-led prayer! Why Pray for Apostles?

Apostles are the ones out there planting churches, mentoring leaders, and spreading the messages given to them. Last week, we learned that prophets have a mission, a message and a mantle. But even with all that equipment, they face all sorts of opposition – spiritual, emotional, and physical. Our prayers can give them the spiritual supply they need to keep going strong. 

Our prayers can have a significant impact on apostles. By praying, we invite God's intervention in their lives. This leads to more wisdom, strength, and guidance for them. It can also bring breakthroughs in challenging situations, giving them the clarity they need to make crucial decisions.

When we pray for apostolic ministers, strength is imparted to them - strength that affects everyone they are connected to.  I often remember Kenneth Copeland saying, “When my partners aren’t praying, I can feel it.” We want to pray in a manner that strengthens the one standing in the office.  May the strength and the help of God flood the ministers that we pray for and help them to stand strong in office or offices that they are called to.
